Service Description: SOAPP provides brief intervention, lifestyle, and personal counselling, to assist clients to develop skills, and manage opioids addiction/substance use and related problems, and/or maintain and enhance a care plan

This is a mobile position; services are provided in an office setting, and within the community, according to the service recipient’s needs



Fees: Free
Application: Self referral, physician referral or professional agency referral
Eligibility / Target Population: People 16 years and older with an addiction issue
Primarily South Asian
Languages: English ; Hindi ; Punjabi ; Urdu
Area Served: Brampton, Caledon, Mississauga (Malton), Toronto (Etobicoke), and Vaughan (Woodbridge)
