Service Description: A joint initiative between Peel Regional Police and the Alzheimer’s Society of Peel that helps safeguard and reduce incidents of missing vulnerable persons living with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia within the Region of Peel. The “First Link Referral” to the Alzheimer’s Society of Peel will connect families living with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia to numerous outside resources, support from trained professional counsellors, day programs and education for families
