Service Description:

Rapid diagnoses of breast conditions and support to patients * a dedicated health care team works with primary care physicians to manage and coordinate care
The program consists of:
- Rapid diagnostic phase
- Breast support clinic
Patients in this program have access to a team of Osler radiologists, pathologists, surgeons, and medical and radiation oncologists. A dedicated nurse navigator will arrange rapid consultation and treatment if a biopsy is indicated. The nurse navigator will also provide education and guide patients through care transitions, while keeping the primary care physician informed of the patient’s progress
