Yoga Gentle Group Fitness Drop-In - introductory yoga program will improve flexibility and mobility with an emphasis on breathing and body alignment. Ideal for beginners, seniors and those with limited mobility. Focuses on gently stretching and toning muscles to improve health and mobility. Relax the mind and learn to handle everyday stress in a peaceful environment. Beginner fitness level. Can incorporate floor work. Required Equipment: Non-slip Yoga mat

Yoga Chair Group Fitness Drop-In - using a chair for seated and standing poses, chair yoga provides an opportunity to stretch, tone and relax in a comfortable way. Beginner fitness level. Required Equipment: Non-slip Yoga mat

Power Sculpt Group Fitness Drop-In - a total body workout that will focus on muscular conditioning using a variety of weight training equipment

Zumba Gold Group Fitness Drop-In - for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves participants love at a lower-intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.
