Service Description: In-home care for seniors, people with disabilities and veterans

Support Programs:

  • Veterans Affairs Home Care Program - support to veterans and their families in accessing private home care services
  • In-home Infusion Therapy - work with local pharmacies to provide support in medication administration
  • Veterans Independence Program (VIP) - approved vendor for the program. Support Canadian veterans and their families access home care services

Nursing Care:

  • Foot Care - services include both preventative care and treatment for specific concerns
  • Post-operative Care - at home recovery, support with medication reminders, mobility assistance, and personalized care to promote fast recovery
  • In-Home Nursing Care - nursing care at home from licensed nurses
  • Medication Management - assistance with medication and medication administration

Home Care:

  • Neurodiversity Support - supports for clients with a wide range of needs
  • Personal Care - assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene
  • Respite Care - provides client's caregivers and family members time and space away from caregiving duties to relax and recharge
  • Around-the-Clock Care - 24/7 care to keep client safe, comfortable and cared for
  • End-of-Life Care - 24/7 care to ensure client's final days are filled with dignity, comfort and peace
  • In-home Meal Preparation - nutritious home cooked meals tailored to client's needs and preferences
  • Alzheimer's and Dementia Care - memory care to clients allowing them to live safely and independently
  • Senior Companionship Care - help to have client stay energized and motivated
  • Homemaking - light support, such as folding laundry, loading dishwasher, help keep the home clean and tidy
