Service Description:

The BPSD clinic provides comprehensive geriatric assessments that focus on managing behaviours associated with dementia and/or BPSD
Treats patients age 65 years or older who show signs of:- dementia with symptoms such as wandering, aggression, hallucinations, etc.
- delirium with behavioural symptoms
- delirium after a hospital stay this may require a medication adjustment or review)
Also supports long-term care residents showing dementia-related behaviours
